High-temperature spark igniters for gas burners

Thermalloys manufactures spark igniters for gas burners using iron-base FeCrAl alloy electrodes. Compared to conventional igniter materials, the high oxidation resistance of FeCrAl alloys results in significantly longer service life at elevated temperatures.

Specifications

Electrode material: Iron-base FeCrAl alloy, rated to 1425°C (2600°F)
Standard wire diameters: 1.6 mm (0.063″), 2.6 mm (0.10″), 3.2 mm (0.126″)
Insulation: Ceramic with dielectric strength 9055 V/mm (230 V/mil)
Terminals: Nickel-plated steel (male) or tin-plated brass (female)
