The business idea of Thermalloys is to supply the global furnace industry with advanced products in special alloys such that the life cycle cost is minimized.
Thermalloys is located in Rättvik, Sweden, some 300 kilometres from Stockholm. We are represented by a number of sales companies all over the world. We can assist in solving existing material problems as well as make fast deliveries of replacement materials or products.
We carry a large stock of materials, in particular in tubular form; in this way, we can make fast deliveries, also of products in special alloys.

Tubes in FeCrNi alloys
High-performance heat resistant tubes in 253MA and Alloy 600 for demanding high-temperature applications.

Tubes in FeCrAl alloys
FeCrAl tubes with superior oxidation resistance up to 1425°C. Available from stock in Kanthal APM, APMT, AF, D and Alkrothal grades.

Muffle tubes
Muffle tubes for annealing wire, thin strip and small tubes. Available in FeCrAl alloys (OD 15–40 mm) from stock and in 253MA, Alloy 600 and Alloy 800 to order.

Protection tubes
Protection tubes for thermocouples and temperature measurement in high-temperature processes. Available in FeCrAl alloys, 253MA and Super 1700 (MoSi2) for temperatures up to 1700°C.

Radiant tubes
Radiant tubes for gas-fired furnaces in Kanthal APM/APMT, 253MA, 310, Alloy 800HT and Alloy 600. Available OD 79–248 mm, wall 3–5 mm.

Heating elements manufactured from APM tubes. Ideal for furnaces with high carbon activity, challenging geometries or where mechanical robustness is required.
